This Return & Refund Policy outlines how Dyotha Essentials (Dyotha.com) facilitates returns, refunds, and replacement requests in coordination with third-party sellers on our platform. It also aligns with our standard delivery and settlement timelines to ensure transparency for all stakeholders.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be requested if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or defective product
  • The product delivered is materially different from the description
  • The seal or packaging was tampered with during delivery

Note: For hygiene-sensitive items and perishables, returns may not be accepted unless legally mandated.

3. Timeframe for Request
You must raise a return or refund request:

  • Please return the product within 3 days of delivery
  • If the product is defective or damaged, please return the product within 48 hours with unboxing video
  • We will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 7-10 days

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible.

5. Seller Approval & Resolution
Dyotha Essentials facilitates the return/refund process, but final decisions rest with the seller, who is responsible for:

  • Verifying product complaints
  • Approving or rejecting refund claims
  • Coordinating pickup or replacement where applicable

Once a replacement is approved, the exchange product will be delivered within 7–10 business days, subject to delivery location and logistical constraints. Dyotha Essentials may intervene if the seller fails to respond within the specified timeline.

6. Refund Timelines
Once approved:

  • Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days
  • COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit, based on your preference.

7. Non-Returnable Categories
Products not eligible for return include:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., oils, creams, supplements)
  • Opened or consumed items
